Car will not start

The battery is good.
The hot wire at the alternator is hot.
The wires at he fuel pump are not.
The hot wire fuse is good.
The rely in the engine compartment is good.
Any suggestions?
 
Bypass the hotwire.. reconnect the factory wiring and see if it starts.
Sounds like you lost the relay on the hotwire since you said you didn't have power at the tank wires. See if you have power coming down the hotwire before the relay.
 
The ECM will only energize the pump for about 2 seconds when you first turn the key on.

You need to put a volt meter back at the tank and have someone cycle the key for you. If you don't have power at the pump, work your way forward until you see 12V.
 
Car is running!
A local mechanic with diagnostic equipment found the problem.
The fuse block had a bad ecm connection.
The brass connector for the ecm fuse was broken.
Power wasn't getting to the ecm.
