Best (simple operation, cost) wideband?

Is the Innovate LM 1 the one I am looking for to do my fuel tuning . Run on the street, want the engine to work to it's max, saftely (no knock) . Have a scanmaster, wideband just makes more sence to me for good tuning. Thanks.
