ASC motor and weather stripping

Picking up a another toy that came with a dealer installed ASC sunroof. Owner said one time it wouldn't go back down by pressing with switch, so they manually put it down and haven't opened it since. (about a year ago) Was trying to see what I'm looking at price wise for a replacement motor assuming that's the issue and some weather stripping.

Post a pic of the seal ...my car has an aftermarket moonroof as well and I found the seal cheap.

For the motor check with intercooled88s or ttaowner
