Does anyone have any experience running felpro 1026 (4.090in. bore limit .040 thick) on an o-ringed block or with o-ringed heads?
I/m sure the block would have to be o-ringed in a figure 8 pattern. How does the ring fit the gasket between the bores? This is where the fire rings come in contact. On the 1026, they install just opposite as the1000 ( which side goes up or down ). On the 1026 the flat or smooth area between the bores goes up.
Also how well do they seal? Thank You All

I use the 1026's with an o-ringed block. Its seals great, and I've never blown one. Yes the orings are in a figure 8 pattern around the bores. There is a picture of the oringed block on gnttype.org.
