This is the sensor I have on another hotrod of mine.

Just wondering if anyone had tried one of these 4" maf sensors on a buick yet?
Should be no problem.Don't know why I didn't think about it years ago.( I've probably had this one for 15-16 yrs. ) And I have had great service out of it too.And price is not half bad either.
You may want to check their web site for more info.

Are these compatable w/our ecm's?

Or is the purchase of their ecm/controller nescessary? Is it economically feasible?

And is the output signal from the sensor compatible with the Buick ECM requirements or is a new stand alone ECM required?

The co. makes analog and digital maf sensors.
I haven't tried adapting one to my buick yet. Just figured with all the knowledge of buick owners, adapting the signal to oem / ecm would be a minor obstacle.
JUST A THOUGHT.
Maybe no one wants ( or needs ) a 4" MAF.

If it were that easy, we wouldn't need maf translators to adapt chevy maf's to our buicks (and they're already genuine gm parts).
