    ECM connector terminals

    Having just got my new ECM, my old one's pins had corroded from moisture, I noticed that the ECM connector terminals are corroded as well. Where can I get some new ones because they are seriously rusted? Also is there a special tool for removing them from the connector?

    Exhaust manifold material

    What is the exhaust manifold made of: Steel or cast iron? My guess is steel, but others have disageed. I ask this because in trying to free the nuts from the manifold to turbo housing, I ended up punching a hole in the exhaust manifold. Now I need to welder. :(

    Could my OD cause failure?

    In my other thread I talked about how after the overdrive was engaged the tester would let the RPMs fall to like 1800, then step in it again taking it back up to speed (in OD). Would that cause unburned gas to load up? I failed on HCs so would there be a difference if I had the tester drive w/o OD?

    Lately the GN has been having trouble with the trans. On occasion at 45-50mph it will shift back and forth from 4th to OD. It is kind of bothersome because the car somewhat surges. Is there a problem with the solinoid or something?
