    standard or HD wastegate control

    trying to sneak up on the boost to 16 lbs., have a standard wastegate control, do I need a HD unit to go 16-18 lbs on boost. I am at 15 lbs. turned the rod inwardard one more full turn , had no effect, is it the control or do I need to just keep going. My TT chip is set for 16 lbs

    15/40 Delo, designed for turbo engines in " heavy duty use" has zink in it, used it for 30 years in all my Cat and Cummins engines, HD gas engines, in a lot of heat and cold. Good stuff.

    15-40 Delo for me, has zinc in it, it is made to run in Cat, Cummins, HD gasoline engines, that are turbocharged, I have used it in my construction equipment for over 30 years, takes the terrific heat and pounding diesel and gas engines are subject to in the most extreme conditions. Good stuff.

    Checked the fuel pressure with a mechanical gage , same pressure, to high, checked the return line in the Racetronics hanger before install, guess I am going to have to pull the tank again. Pressure was under control with the old pump, was changing to make sure before going to the track.
