What are the best stock upgrades for a stock GN to go mid 11's? Without opening the motor. Suspension? Brakes? Bolt on Performance?

I am looking for a low mileage (under 35k) mostly stock GN, light bolt on's OK. Prefer a very good original paint car with all doc's. Steve
