How did you like the Cobalt gauges? Were they too bright or anything? I've been looking at doing a GNX style dash with those...seems like it'd be pretty interesting...

While we're on this topic...how do you get the lower speedometer cable out? I tried to take apart the cable where the two ends meet in the engine compartment but that will not budge...I need to grease the rest of my cable because my speedometers getting jumpy but I'm not sure how to do the...

I installed the vacuum brake system on my car today because my accumulator went bad so I figured now would be a good time to convert and solve all my brake issues...Yeah right... I went to bleed the brakes and the rear bleeder screw on my driver side snapped off! It just broke right in half...

I was just wondering how to test the check valve that goes in line with the vacuum brake system...you just blow into it and in one direction it shouldn't blow out the other side right? Because if so it looks like I need to stop by autozone before I install these bad boys...it sure does let air...

Are the power lock door poppers the little chrome thingy or the motor that actually does the power locking/unlocking. If they happen to be the motors, are they in decent condition (mine aren't strong enough to lock anymore :( )

I bought the silicone vacuum hoses from http://www.roadraceengineering.com/hoseandclamps.htm and haven't had any problems. I don't remember how much I ordered, but if you search the forums there are a few posts that say how much you will need of each size to replace all your vacuum lines.
