I just dropped off my block at the shop yesterday(stock 3.8). Goal is mid to high ten second street car on e85. Pretty sure using the stock pistons with some really good rings unless one of them wasn't shaped right' cracked, etc. haven't decided on a roller cam or tappet yet up for suggestions...
Posi(ordering), axles(i have), razors progressive alky kit(have), tranny may need a lil work..... and engine needs to be looked at, cars been sitting for a while. Also looking at ordering a ta-45 turbo as well as c-clip eliminators for the axles.
I live in Dallas area, but really like 10 miles north of Frisco. I can't seem to find anyone that is willing to go under the hood of my tr. Anyone know of a shop/tuner that I might be able to look into?
Looking at Moser, I just found two seperate sets. I bought moser axles(28 spline for my stock rear end) and a eaton posi, now just need the c-clip eliminators. But, I do not know which ones I need. Was wondering if anyone knew where I could get some or what width I need? I think its either...
wow!
Another subie flipped :(, but thats crazy. I would spend money to mod my Regal before my subie anyways. :D But I do have to admit, the subie is really fun to drive. But T-Type just halls ass
"I'm just fine, how are you?" lol
I've had the chance to educate a few more then one at a time :-D. I rolled up to a car meet and got in a race with a 2001 Mustang GT with 3.73's and intake exhaust w/e and a 98 cobra with a few bolt ons. I ended up letting another car race and me just tailing behind feathering the gas :D . Nice...
