Not sure. Grabbing a bite, I'll be up there in a minute.

Turbo Regal club in or around Denver CO?

Heading up to Golden tomorrow morning with some other Turbo Buicks for a cruise FYI. Probably around 10am.

At least it wasn't my GN

I'll have to check the cat. converter too, whenever I get back. The day this happened I lost a 25 year old friend to lymphoma, kind of made my $500 deductible seem pretty minor.

    What should my MPG be?

I used to commute with a TE-44 and 43lb injectors and get 23-25mpg at 55mph and high teens in city driving. That was totally babying it obviously.

This was in the business park in East Stapleton. Not a bad area, just deserted on the weekend. The area businesses get hit by these same guys from time to time.

Factory Toyota wheels, which are pricey. Probably go aftermarket now.

Me too. Locked gate with a barbed wire fence. I think they troll through my business park at night.

Spent my whole life on the south side of Chicago with no serious problems, then move to Denver for this shit haha. Good thing it's insured.

You guys ever take your car on long road trips?

I drove my 87 from Nick's in Phoenix to Denver. Over the mountains and through the woods. Road trips are always fun (and an adventure).

    Progress Pics

Here are a few pics from finding my cars entombed in a garage in Chicago, moving to Denver, sending it to Nick in AZ for some work, and driving it back to Denver.

Back after a long Turbo Regal hiatus

Welcome back! I was gone for 6 or 7 years but couldn't stay away either haha.

    Ta perf headers cracked!! Wtf!!!!

I agree with Bison. The heat affected zone (HAZ) of the base metal is what often gets stressed and ends up cracking. EDIT: I'm just talking about carbon steel in general, not any brand or specific product.

    Fuel pump longevity?

Nick put one in my stockish GN. Zero problems with it at idle or otherwise. No misleading going on that I see.

...and then there was GNX #548

The best part of collecting stuff is always making sure everyone within earshot in person and online knows you have what other people don't have. Oh wait...no it's not.
