Thanks! For the life of me I couldn't get out of the 52 second times. My lowest time was 52.015 which is right there mid pack or even better. There were 80 cars there and I qualified for the King of The Hill shootout and that was the top 30 cars! The fastest time was 45 sec and that car was a roadrace prepped newer Corvette.Great driving, Scot!
Yes we have talked about it a bit.... I was actually going to go with a whole new turbo that isn't known in the Buick community which would make a world of difference but I am selling this car and moving onto a new project..... One thing to think of, All of the top cars who win at the pro-touring autocross events and Optima Ultimate Street car Invitational Do Not run turbo's!Scot,
The autocross course really works the turbo wastegate, doesn't it? Have you thought about a BG blow-off valve?

Our next project will definitely be a LS platform!Well, you cannot get there with normally aspired V6 so sounds like you are going LS huh?

RTTH events are OUSCI qualifier events and have competed in 8 out of the 9 years they have been around... maybe its Bill ?Scot...I can almost guarantee that if you show up to an OUSCI qualifyer event with your T Type then you will get an invite.
Having gone to the 2012 OUSCI and a couple OUSCI Qualifyer events...I know first hand that they look for the cars that are different and that would look good on the TV show. Your car is fast, clean, beautiful, known and has a killer sound. I am certain that if you show up to a couple evens, show your face and race the crap out of that car you will get an invite.

I knew at one time the RTTH events were OUSCI qualifier events cause they mentioned it all the time, they must have changed it in the last year or two.The last three RTTH's have not been qualifyer events b/c there is no road course involved. RTTS was both years b/c it was an autox, speed/stop and a road course.
