winaldl. anyone use this?

I have. Seems to work. His MAT calcs are incorrect but otherwise it works. I have Diacom but it periodically freaks out on the line noise whereas the Tech 1 and Winaldl don't on my car.

I use it and think it's great. I found that the calculations for both O2 and KR are off by a hair compared to my scanmaster, so I just pass the data thru Access and correct.

I think the raw data is OK, just the conversion is incorrect.
I multiply the raw O2 by .003904 to get conversion, raw KR by .2308 for conversion.

I came up with these strictly by going for many single blasts in the car and noting scanmaster readings compared to WINALDL at the same MPH, since scanmaster records this reference.

I think he's using the GM conversion factors rather than some of the other accepted conversion except where there is a lookup table (like MAT). It looks like he might be inverting a CTS conversion. I'm not sure. It doesn't matter since the MAT tables aren't used anyway.

I know he had the knock wrong (90/256) rather than 45/256 but he fixed that.

It seems close enough for government work..... Make sure you get V1.09 at least.

I used it for awhile. Can't beat a free program. I made the cable.
Found that the MAT temp's were a little off.
I then went to Turbo-Link and now I'm using Direct Scan.
