Which turbo moves more air under 20lbs?

I was wondering which turbo is more efficient at moving air under 20 lbs? Is it the TE-44 or something bigger?

Generally the larger the turbo is, the more volume of air it can move at certain boost levels. Check out www.gnttype.org in the tech section to see what I am talking about. There are a bunch of good write ups there that explain all of it. ERIC.
