I have my motor being built now. I have heard several different preferences but looking for a few more. I hear about total seal TNT rings and speed pro rings I'm going to be mid to lows 10s don't wanna waste money are the speed pros good for many years and 4-5 track visits a year on this power .20 over je pistons are being run with stock crank and rods with center caps.

JE's are most likely 1/16" rings. I'd see what's available on your bore first then go from there. It's pretty easy to eliminate niche rings if they aren't available.

I have had very good results with the speed pro moly rings on the engines I have done. Are you putting it together or is the machine shop?

Yes I run them and have been bottom 10's. If you get the file to fit have them gap the rings at .020 top and .015 middle ring. this has worked well for me and is how my current engine is set up.

These work obviously need to be 20 over but I got a buddy with some for cheap
