Which catalytic converter for 3 " RJC down pipe?

I'm looking to get a high flow catalytic converter to run with my 3 inch RJC internal gate down pipe. I've seen mention of Cats for ATR downpipe length, but I don't know if RJC is the same. What length should I get? Any recommendations?

I found one post that states ~12" test pipe or cat will work with the RJC down pipe.

You just have to cut and weld
Your old flange. Or pick up a new one.

What's the tube on the side of the converter for? Looks like an air pump hookup.

Crazy idea here but why not call rjc and buy 1 from them?
