What stall speed should I get??

Hey everyone I am new to the turbo buick world and I was told a better converter would help my car. What brand and stall speed would work well with my combo?

Precision 6031 turbo
RJC 3in downpipe
Ported heads
Ported intake
208/208 flat tappet cam at .050"
42lb injectors
TT street chip
Powerplate
200r4 with shift kit
3350lb car
28in tall tire

I'm sure I'm forgetting something
