I have a neighbor kid who recently turned 18 so he avoids me now and runs his mouth from a distance. His dad was stupid enough to inform me that he hasn't ever had a drivers license. Bad idea on his part since I am friends with a lot of the local cops. He has been caught 4 or 5 times in the last two years for driving without a license. There is always a way to get revenge.
