I figure some of the readers of this post could make a huge list. I know as a company owner dealing with the public I could fill a book.
Here are some that quickly come to my mind:
Speed bumps, in my area they even have some on actual side streets.
Packing peanuts....no one in shipping and receiving ever I repeat ever wants to see them. They cling to you they get stuck in the parts blow all over the floor, you get the picture.
Drivers texting while driving worse yet ones that simply stop in a lane and do it.
The customer that calls in the morning and wonders why it is not on the brown UPS truck that afternoon.
The customer that buys a complicated part from another company and expects me who has zero knowledge of technical engine awareness to explain how it works.
With that being said what annoyances "bug" you on a day to day basis?
