Water pump,which to get

I'm gonna go ahead and change my water pump also put a cam/lifters springs etc and double timing chain all that stuff. My question is, Should I get the HD pump or just the stock unit? What's the difference? I'm thinking the stock unit is fine but figure I ask.

IMO-Just get a stock one. My engine builder just put a NAPA one on my engine-$50. Brad

what brand should I go with? or doesn't matter and just get a duralast, something like that.

got mine from a vendor 10 years ago and its still working. not sure what brand it was

I'll go with duralast then, I found a Rem one for 18 at advance but I think I'll put a little more coin into it then that haha. Thanks for the help
