Wondering what valve springs people are running and what can be expected to gain from changing stock 120k mile springs out for new ones

Thanks

Comp-981 springs
Changing the old springs will
Give u a sharp crisp
Throttle . No value float ( when your car stops pulling at 4500 rpm) now will put u in the seat and keep u there
Its a night and day difference

How hard is it to do with the heads still on the car?

Not difficult, use a rope or air, most refer the rope in the cylinder. I use a napa spring compressor. Just be careful not to lose the retainers, use a good magnet to capture them. Might stuff a rag in the oil returns to help prevent loss!

Thats the springs i chose on my car with alot of miles & cobras right its a hell of a diffrence

Any suggestion for a cam? Thinking about doing cam/lifters and new timing chain also... te60 turbo 3200 lockup stall, extreme front mount, 70mm tb... anyone have a new cam and lifter package that would work well with this setup?

204-214 Edelbrock cam kit
3000 stall is more then enough for a te-60
But on note brake the cam in with the old springs
Before u install the new ones
