Valve Cover and Turbo ID

I have a couple of things I plan to get rid of and am trying to find out a bit more info. Can anybody id the manufacturer of these valve covers?
What about the turbo on the right in the pics.? I set it beside a stock turbo for reference.

If you can take a picture of the valve covers turned over (need to see the underside to be 100% sure), but they look to me like they are Old School M&A valve covers.

Here's my M&A Valve Covers....they look the same to me, although the paint has been stripped off yours.
Mine do not have an overlapping lip on the underside to contain the gasket like yours though.

They do look an awful lot alike but also have some minor differences in the casting. I wonder how many different ones M&A made? Thanks for the input!

Turbo looks like a Te44.

If that's a 44 turbo is it in good shape? what might you want for it.

Unfortunately the the turbo appears to need a rebuild.
