Trans code 84 4.1 Regal

Just thinking about my first Buick ever..It was a light blue 84 with the 4.1 and overdrive...Wish I had it now...
Anywho, just curious what trans code(cal) would be on those tags?? Was it shared with other cars?

I thought 83 was blue. I have one out of an 83 ttype that i parted out 12 years ago. Maybe 84 is too? There is another code for the 4.1 OD cars too. Cant recall the letter though.
