tiuning tool with turbo tweak chip-easy question here...

Hey guys can I use the Scanmaster 2.1 to tune my Turbo Tweak chip?[Timing,fuel etc]
Last time I used my friends OTC 4000,and that worked great,but he's since sold it.
I have no way of measuring knock right now-meaning Im tuning by brail,so Im hoping to use a scanmaster 2.1 for this.
All good??
Currently running an old "REDS 93" chip-time to upgrade....

yup. standard procedure around here. If you are getting a scanmaster make sure you get the fast update also.

fast update?K give me the fasts update-whats that mean?I was hoping to get mine through Eric at Turbo tweak.

there used to be a fast update option for use with the scanmaster. It must be automatic now?????

"fast update" is an option that you can specify in the chip.

The critical data updates faster, you lose the ability to view trouble codes on the scanmaster (you can always plug in an old chip and see your trouble codes)

Discuss it with Eric when you order the chip.
