i have to spray alky. i need just alittle cooling since i dont have an intercooler and alky helps.im not using it for the ocatne or resistance to det. just using it for cooling.

I your case with no IC I would use it as a fuel. I would run it lean on the Race gas then fatten it up with Alky. Use that chemical intercooler "ALKY" to your advantage you need it. If I had your motor I would find away to run straight Alky. :biggrin: :tongue:

well i installed a IAT sensor into the intake to see how much the alky helps and where it stops helping. i also have one pre turbo.

ok like posted above i have an IAT sensor at the air filter and i have one in the very front of the intake so it will see the temp after the alky mists. kinda hard to explain unless you know the design of my intake. anyways i figured i could data log and this would be good info. i will be logging with the powerlogger i have a LC-1 as well and an EGT gauge all hooked to the powerlogger. should be able to get lots of data.
