Target air fuel

What do you guys usually look for on these cars, I am used to turbo mustang like to keep it rich. I am trying to keep it conservative on pump gas. Short version: 109 block, nice set of iron non egr, mild cam, 64mm compressor wheel, all the other doo dads

I believe on straight premium most guys shoot for in the neighborhood of
11.5:1 (maybe a little leaner depending on car and tune), and if you're spraying any alcohol/methanol with pump gas around 10.8-11.0.

You're gonna want to keep it richer than the turbo Mustang unless it's a mod-motor.
