I need some help. I just got my GN and it usually runs great but died on me the other day. It drove great until I sat in about 45min of traffic in 85 degree weather. The idle dropped really low and it sputtered and shut off. I restarted it several times but it would not stay running. Finally it would not run at all until I let it sit for hours. I dont know if sitting in the traffic and heat caused something to malfunction. Thanks.

Check your ignition module for signs of overheating, check fusible links and make sure they are not touching any exhaust, also check the main battery cable to starter and make sure it is not close to exhaust and shorting out.

Thanks for the replies. I will check that stuff out. I am thinking it might be something with the fuel as well. It seemed like the ignition and spark was fine because the car only acted up when I came to a stop. Thanks again.
