Spoolup and HP potential - header comparisons anyone?

I don't want to water down my own thread.... cough.... but if you go with ATR headers...... I have been told a THDP won't fit anymore? This blows chunks if that is the case.....

But these are HYE-TECH PERFORMANCE headers...... Where do these stand and can I use a THDP ?

I guess I should clarify..... I was considering installing a set of ATR headers on my car... if there was something to really be gained...... until I heard my 3" TH SS Internal gated DP wouldn't work.

TH did make a DP that will clear ATR headers. Hye-tech headers are ATR rip offs.

He's talking about TA Performace Headers. You can get them in both mild steel or stainless steel. Super quality product!

I just had a set installed but haven't yet had the chance to test them at the track. So far I see no difference in spool up.

My butt dyno says the car is pulling harder, but time slips will tell.

I was sick of the stockers cracking - TA stainless for the last 5 years
I only had to pull them off once ..... to polish them ! Great product - pricey, but buy it and forget about it.
