Shift Timing Problem

you may have read my post a few weeks ago about all me trans problems but they were all finally cured till just today when
i decided that 4th shift a little late, so i adjusted the cable about 2 notches forward and now every shift is way to early,and at full throttle it wall shift at about 3800 into the next gear and i have no down shift at all in any gear
manually shifted at it shifts awesome
and even with the cable all the way back the same thing happens
no matter were the cable is adjusted
it is not the cable i checked it very closley and even dropped the pan to make sure it was pushing the plunger properly
so what gives?

also WE4 how much for a street strip reliable trans?
this thing is making me nuts!!

well itook the valve body out his morning and looked it a good looking over and found the tv-limit valve was stuck and binding in the bore took another valve i had cleaned put it back in and
nothing short of perfect
