Removing factory boost control sol.

First of all, if you're using a Thrasher chip the Wastegate error is disabled. If you're using another chip it could be disabled there as well. The only way to tell for sure is to disconnect it and see if you get a code 31. (Or if you can look at the chip's binary file, check location $3FE. A data value of 00 causes the check for a Wastegate malfunction, any data value other than 00 disables the error check.)

If your chip IS checking for this error then with the solenoid disconnected, a commanded duty cycle of 5 - 94% for >2 seconds will set the error code.
