Regal GNX Concept around 2003 ?

got to messing around earlier on motivemagazine.com looking at a retro article on the 87 GN and found my way into the sites album of stored pictures and found what is listed as a GNX concept . looks to be about an '02-'04 regal (correct me if i'm wrong). just hadnt seen these pictures anywhere before so i thought i'd post em up.

i can see why the idea got tossed aside..lol...this car is U-G-L-Y.....

Looks based of a car like mine that we just pulled the engine out of last night. I like the body style but not calling it a GNX. And I hate the tri-tip exhaust.

I remeber those pics. There was a GSX model but it was a little more tame than those pics.
