hello people; just to come back to that seat option a T could have and it's called Lear Siegler option. thigh support, back side(wings) support,lumbar support. I don't know if it" combined with the six way but it sounds nice.
Also that twin turbo is real nice.

That seat option was available on the 84/85 cars but not the 86/87. It was on the original 86 order form but was discontinued before any cars were built.

You must have been looking at a Riv than. The T-top cars have the dome lights in the 1/4 trim panels since there is no room on the roof for them. They are round and almost 2" in diameter.Astroroof and solid roof cars could have option C95 which is the dual reading lamp option. No bug eye option ever offered on the Regal.

Found another set of BUG EYE interior lights in an 86 REGAL today The car is a hardtop limited.....Rarest option I know of..

My 86 T has bench seats, a column shift, no posi, power everything but the bench seat, T-tops. One of the salesman at my dealership (GM) was selling cars in the mid 80's. He was saying that most dealership would only get a certain number T's and GN's per year (Canadian) Other than the few that ordered one, most were pre optioned and sold as is. He was saying that GM ran out of the buckets and consoles and they just threw a bunch of bench seats and column shifts in just to get rid of the extra stock they had. He said in the years of the GN and T, he'd only seen 6 cars with bench and column. All were 86's and only 1 had T-tops. I though that was kinda neat. I hated my bench at first but I actually kinda like it now because I've never personally seen another one like it.

Another weird thing. The car has NO history prior to 1990.. dmv shows it processed for the first time in 90. Autochex shows it titled in 1990.

The car was parked at a storage facility in 1994. Processed as non op with California dmv in 94. I just bought it in feb. I'm in the process of getting it started for the first time since then. The car is 100% stock. No modifications. Original tires were on the car and rotted out. Original brake pads on the rear drums too. It's missing the turbo shield.

A bunch of mods under that hood! Hoses on up pipe are aftermarket, boost hoses and T coming off the wastegate solenoid are INCORRECT.
And look at that monster hitch that someone added!

How many 1987s have a factory astroroof and power driver's seat? I was told it wasn't an option on later build cars? Mine was built in December of 86. Also, how many cars had the twilight sentential option.

The spid label is the white tag with the option codes found under the deck lids of turbo regals and other gm cars produced in and after 1984.
