PTE .85Q vs T4 .81Q Tang

Hi guys I am looking for info and feed back on how a PTE .85 for a Q wheel would compare to a Garret T4 .81 Tang for a Q.
The turbo is a T-76 Q. How will spool and HP compare between the two? What would be the Max hp of the PTE .85.

I am trying to decide which to use on a 266" 4.3l V6.

Nolan i have tried almost every combination cause my best man is one of the main turbo importers/exporters of the country
The diff between those two is almost nothing
Ill go with the Q 76 DBB (09-422 & brondies)
