Hey fellas. Im redoing some areas on my car and i took my precision fmic out and the top aluminum plate is bowed up slightly. Was wondering if any of you have had this issue and what the fix was? Should i cut an end and reweld it or just leave it? It doesnt effect anything its just cosmetic. Pics are below but its worse in person. Thanks in advance

Mine developed a couple of small cracks/pin holes. I roughed up the areas and applied a small amount of JB weld to seal it. Been working great for years. I couldn't locate anyone that would work on an intercooler in this area. You might try a local radiator shop . How did the bow get in it?

not sure where the bow came from the bottoms fine and it doesnt look like it was tweaked at all. when you push it down it sits flush, so i might put some quick steel on a stick and try and hit a few areas up top then push it down? rather try that than cutting and rewelding for no major reason
