My 87 TurboT has been out of commision for too long. 2 years ago I parked it after a hearing load knocking just above idle. I pulled the timing cover and dropped the pan and found little bits of metal. The main bearings were wearn thin, but I don't think it got the crank (I may have cought it in time).

Anyway, I am looking for a local Seattle / Bellingham area builder with a good rep to do my long block. Any thoughts?

Fix it
Modify it
Then bring it to Bremerton on Oct 1st and kick some butt <okay a bit optimistic>
