It's a stand alone option. A lot of people change the center section if they don't have posi from the factory, but nothing really strange about it. If the option was standard, then it'd be strange to not see it.

I meant strange as in, the person who ordered the car didn't select it when at the dealer. But yeah, thanks for the responses.
