Cutt ,I don't know what the Tinman kit looks like!This one has brackets to mount the4" K-N-filter behind the driver side air dam runs a 4" hose to MAF and turbo with all adapters and clamps!

Dan, not sure of horsepower it will support it was in my car for around 200-300 miles and has been 11.80's in the 1/4!!
