PEP BOYS' answer to firing of military member

there are always 2 sides to a story and it looks this guys was fired for something he did (or did not do at work) and not because he was called to active duty/

Good for Pep Boys..

If I was a judge hearing this case I would still hold Pep Boys accountable. You dont give the guy any prior warnings over the specified period of time and you wait until he has to leave for active duty to terminate him? To me that sounds like an unsubstantiated termination or termination based on his service for the US government.

I have read other bad things about Pep Boys as well so this doesn't surprise me and it would also lead me to side with the guy serving our country while his wife and kids are being kicked out of their house and have no place to live.
