I have poly mounts on the car. I was also thinking about getting the oil pan moded to gain a little more clearnce. I dont have the motor back to see how much clearnce there is between the pan and crossmember. If there isnt much clearnce I would like to get it moded.
How much clearnce would be safe?
Just wondering what has to be done the pan?
Where to get it done?
Thanks

what brand k frame do you have? Besides the k frame what eles do I need to make it work? I thought I have to get the a arms also.
Thanks

My car has stock mounts.

Need to section the front of the pan. A chop saw then have a piece of flat steel tig'd on.

Search is down.. I posted a pix of the pan some time ago..

I paid 100.00 to have it done.

None. The bottom of the pan wasnt touched. Only the front as it slopes down. Actually adding the girdle moves the pan down.
