New to this girdle game. So I bought a built engine out of a dunebugy ,that was running.my problem is he put a offset oil pan that blocks my crossover pipe.so my ? Is can I just pull off the offset pan and reinstall the Gn correct one?
Or should I just make a new crossover and leave all alone.
1st pic shows how close to the flywheel it is.
2nd pic is the add
3rd is what I have on my other TR.

I would think you would need the pan and maybe a different pick up tube. Also make sure the front cover is correct for the pan (14 vs 20 bolt)

The pan that is on is a 20 bolt.and cover is the same.

I guess the question I should of asked is,can the oil pan be removed and reinstalled without causing any damage?

I had a deep pan on original engine. Blew that one up. Rebuilt motor with girdle and engine builder reused deep pan.

Got a buddy here who has his 109 girdled, he changed his oil pan gasket a few times. No issues.

Note he does have a deep RJC pan. Again, he’s removed the pan(engine in car) & reinstalled no issues.
