Been doing a resto on my 87 T. When to go and crank it for the first time in 3.5yrs and she still wants to lye dormant. No clicking of starter relay,dimming of lights while cranking,nothing. Check all the basics like powers,grounds,and connectors. The only thing left is the security system. The security light flashes does this have anything to do with it? If so how do you reset em if you even can? Check on Alldata and it doesn't tell me much on the system.
