No Crank/Start Issue...

My car will not crank. I put a new battery in and had it tested (it was good) and changed the starter and it's the same issue. The headlights, dash lights, radio, heater blower, stereo, and warning chimes are working. My Scanmaster shows no error codes. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,

Reach around the steering wheel and turn collumn a little more. P/n switch probable not engaged. Hope this helps.

My GN is doing the same thing. Battery and starter are good. It won't crank. What was the problem with yours?
