Just got these led headlights in the mail today. Put them on just to see if the fit but I’m waiting for the clear vinyl wrap so I can cover the clear plastic lens. do not want them to get scratched or pitted.

I’m also going to paint the bezels black to tie in the look. I briefly turned them on and I was very impressed.

I’ll report back when I get them installed and turn on.

I like the look too - are you going to do the high beams also? - I think it’s cool when people put a more modern spin on our cars

Yes I have all four just waiting for the clear wrap. Dust fell on them and when I wiped them and i got very light scratches on one light.

I’m try to get them on ASAP. I might make a video and post as well.

Here is what I found on YouTube. They are the exact same lights.

I think so too, but be careful not to say that to loud. All the "you gotta keep it stock" phony hypocrites out there will be at your door step with their torches and pitch forks by night fall......

They were ready to start the grand inquisition with me when I took off the wheel well trim and smoothed out my bumpers.

I have seen that too - but I love seeing both stock and high quality modernizing - its hot rodding let people do to their cars what they want . I feel that's how the first gen Camaro market keeps going , they just love to modify their cars in many different ways.
now they are a bigger market cause we limit ourselves to turbo cars but to be honest , we have the best owners modifying our cars so we would do the best to lead some new innovations.
I just wish either my fab skills or my wallet would let me lead something of value.

sorry GNBrett but I think they look ok. I found them on Amazon for $63/pair. So I bought 2 pairs! Seller is Cowone, search for Osram 4x6. The chrome version was twice as expensive for some reason. The video posted above is really what sold me. If I don't like them they can be returned. Thanks SFI Cutlass for posting this.

Will they be blinding oncoming traffic?

Are they DOT approved?
Per the eBay listing they WILL blind oncoming traffic...lol.. must lose something in translation from Chinese to English. Supposedly they are DOT approved.

When I turned them on the beam had a sharp cut off line on the wall that makes me believe it will not blind on coming traffic. That is why I was hesitant to go a different direction other than the one I chose.

Guys, keep us updated how you like these. The video impressed me on their performance. After reading thread I am thinking this may be a good upgrade from the stock.
Rick, thanks for posting Amazon info..thats the smart way to go..just in case.

my experience with LED... they DO NOT illuminate down the road, yes they are bright, but do not cast a beam of light farther down the road than halogen light do, I have 4 or 5 different led bulbs ,( some rated 300w!) that I;ve tried in my GMC pickup, only to go back to halogen. where I live, seeing as far as you can down the road is critical , as we have range cattle roaming the roads, and at night, can discolor your underware real fast!
