I removed my turbo, and those bolts from my THDP to exh. housing were on there pretty good. Is it ok to re-use those older ones or get some new ones? Suggestions? Thanks.

i would throw the bolts in the junk drawer and get studs with nuts to hold the dp on.

Walt, What type nut do you use? 12 point possibly? I would do that mod in a heartbeat if I could find a small enough nut.

They are just a standard 6 point nut. I think they are a 1.5 long stud. They came from the local parts store. They were a dorman brand. I have used these with a 3" and currently with a 3.5" houston pipe.

I'm pretty sure the bolts that come with the thdp are M8x30 socket head cap screws. I bought new ones in 316 stainless steel from www.mcmaster.com for about $1 each but they are holding up just fine on mine and a few friend's cars. Be sure to put antiseize on every time you remove and replace them.
