I have way too much end play clearance on my turbo shaft- TA49. Just determined this today while replacing DP. Turbo was bought new about three years ago and hasn't been abused. My car is my daily driver and my GS isn't road ready to press into service yet until rear main oil seal is replaced so I need to keep it on the road. I'm looking to either borrow or purchase a cheap reliable turbo (stocker would be fine) while I get my TA49 either rebuilt or replaced. I would be grateful and could compensate financially for loan and use- used stock turbo would be fine for this short period. Anyone have any suggestions, cheap reliable turbo for sale, or one to loan me for a short period? PM me or reply.

Ordered up a new John Craig TA49 turbo through Dana at SE Turbo so I won't need to buy or borrow a unit. Now to talk Rob into helping me put that bad boy on.....

Well if my spare turbo would fix yours I'd let you borrow it, but 2 things.
1. It needs rebuilt too
2. (Most important) it's off a 83
