Mechanic in western burbs

Looking for a mechanic in western burbs of Chicago.Need someone to figure out why i blew two turbo rebuilds after only a couple of 20psi blasts.

The first thing that would come to mind is oil starvation. Did I spell that right?

Had the turbo rebuilt in Jan 1st time.Turbo blew 2 days after install.Sent back to Limit and rebuilt again.Turbo is now leaking oil.Yes i have a scanmaster.

I replaced both stock lines with new braided ones.

I need more info, what do you mean when you say the turbo blew, did it just started just smoking? or the bearings wiped out, exhaust wheel shattered? Does the car have excess blow-by? Is the return line kinked? What type of oil do you run? What is your oil pressure like at hot idle? I pm'ed you my ph# number give me buzz.
