Map sensor ?

there's an L shaped connector attached to my map sensor plug what is it for?

MAP sensor should have a vacuum line and a three wire electrical connector.
Can you post a picture?

That L shaped connector is the one used by digital dashed TR's for the hobbs switch that controls the boost lights on the digital dash.
Digital dash cars don't have a map sensor and the three wire plug would be unused.

good to know i was working in that area of the car and just realized it was there just wanted to make sure i didn't have something disconnected ..thanks
