How to remove the GN MAP light

How do you remove the GN map light. It has these rivets that seem to need to come out

I don't remember exactly how I did it.
Look at the pics. One shows the mounting plate, above the headliner. There are two studs that i have put the map light on, in the second pic
There studs, must be some sort of push nut, or plate. The larger single hole in the middle, lines up with a screw hole. Another screw hole is beside the middle one. Hope this helps, LMK
