Found some info on the yellow Cobra....

The '98 4.6 liter mod motor single turbo Cobra ran 8.86 with a Cartech 91.5mm thumper single turbo kit with 17psi with the stock heads and cams! He ran 8.30's @160+mph with more boost but I'm pretty sure he still has the stock heads and cams which is pretty damn impressive IMHO! The car is owned and raced by a guy named Tim Palmer and it is featured in the latest issue of MM&FF magazine.... Very bad ass car for what it is!!!!
