Looking for cheap truck

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a cheap pickup truck. Don't have to look pretty, but it has to be legal and run. Looking to spend around $500.
I know you won't get much for that amount, but they're out there somewhere. Does anyone have any leads? Looking for a Nissan or Toyota, but will consider others, too.

Try Lonestar at the airport. Last week I saw a white late 80's Mazda B2000 reg. cab for sale with a camper on it for $300. Pretty reasonable shape for the price. And if you want another one like it for parts I have a friend thats probably gonna get rid of his.

Found one!

Thanks to all those who gave some suggestions.
I picked up a 89 Isuzu Trooper from my Dad, for free.
I think it'll fit the "work truck" label quite nicely. Can't argue for the price, plus it runs good and looks pretty decent, too.
